Foreword

Dear Friends of the Motorsports Club of Clubs,

In just six months, our 5th Motorsports Club of Clubs Conference will take place in Tokyo, and we are excited to share further details to help you plan your trip.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter on December 5th, the event will be held from September 28th (arrival) to October 1st (departure), with activities in both Tokyo and the Magarigawa racetrack.

To kick off the event, we invite you to an informal „early bird“ food & drinks gathering in Tokyo’s Shiodome district on Sunday, September 28th—a great opportunity to connect before we head to Magarigawa.

For those attending MotoGP Japan, the race will be held at Mobility Resort Motegi, 140 km north of Tokyo.

  • Final race: Sunday, September 28, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM
  • Estimated travel time from Motegi to Tokyo: ~4 hours
    (arrival in Tokyo around 9:00 PM if departing at 5:00 PM)

All MotoGP–related logistics, including tickets and accommodation, will be managed separately by Tonit and Jason. Further details will be shared very soon. In the meantime, for any questions, please contact Jason.

  • 8:00 PM – Closing „Japan Night“ Dinner (Dress Code: Formal)
Wednesday, 1st October – Conference Day 3

Morning

  • Breakfast & shuttle service to Tokyo or the airport. Buses will operate at designated time slots.
  • Optional Non-Exclusive Driving Experience (User-Pay Basis)
